Good morning Shauna. ❤️❤️. You guessed it going to the new house to work. Of course, after I go to the grocery store which I’m a hour later than normal. Stephanie bought some furniture last night and I had to pick it up and take it to the new house. I don’t know what is going to give out first my brain or my back. It’s a close race at the moment.

 

Awwww….. hang in there!!!

I didn’t end up going to help MacKenzie the other day because she worked on the house while I was at work and then went home, I’m not complaining


Gonna go help her today.

Hi Shauna, good morning!

I'm going over an elderly customer's house & putting up her Christmas tree.

I bought her all new LED lights for Christmas to replace her old ones that never seem to work right.

She'll be happy that her electric bill will be lower & they should be more reliable.

I'm going to Home Depot or Lowe's to get her a giant Santa & maybe a snowman this morning for the yard.

Should look pretty cool with all the lights I'm gonna put up on her house, also.

She makes me a few dozen homemade peanut butter with chocolate chips cookies & blueberry pies every year.

The Cookie Monster shall be unleashed this evening, lol!

Something like this should be big enough, I think...

It’s nice to offer help for after work, and when you get there the work is done. Have a good time today help her finish up.

Big family Thanksgiving party next weekend.

I didn't know there was an update with the job but we're getting a pizza party so I guess that's nice.

Went to go look at two places, one of them is doing a bunch of remodels and they're nearly doubling their prices. So if that, and the other one the landlord never showed up for our appointment. Two other people showed up to look as well and were pissed that it was a no-call no-show. Probably not a great landlord

She’s taking me to a new to me donut place first with big, fat, gooey donuts filled with cream!!!! She should be here any minute to pick me up!!!

Turned out she didn't want anything on the outside of her house this year.

The homeowners association gave her a hard time last year for having lights.

They even made her take down the wreath on the front door.

She's 86 & they have to give her a hard time about that.

Anyhoo, I put up her tree & helped her decorate it. She has a lot of lights now on that tree, lol!

I hardly ever carry my personal phone (Pixel 8, all glass) with me. I basically use it as a "landline".

I use an old flip phone for work, separate number. Camera sucks on it & it takes forever to text, but it works.

BTW, Caseology has everything on sale for $8.00 with free shipping. I just got a case for my Pixel & I like it.

Time for cookies & pie. She baked me a lot.

But Kenz did let me bring these home for awhile, then she wants them back. They were working together so she got all of his work stuff. Here’s his hard hat and LOTO stuff.





Man I’ve really been missing him! Had a dream about him the other night, I haven’t had many dreams and they were always nightmares about him. This one wasn’t a nightmare finally. We were going to spend the day at a lake and we were getting all of our stuff together…that was it. Wish there was more. I hear if all these other moms whose sons have come to them in their dreams and they tell their mommas they are good, not to worry about them, they are happy etc. I don’t get those, I get nightmares so I guess a quick passing dream about us getting stuff together to go to a lake is an improvement.
I try to stay out of his closet because for some reason, these three pairs of pants of his are a huge trigger for me. They are hanging front and center when you open the closet door. I went and looked at them today and hugged them while I was crying. I really, really, really, really hate that pain deep in my heart.
