P0705 PRNDL switch code

    engine swap (stuck valve @260K)
    Saved $4600 from the dealer asking to replace wire harness, damn!

    Not on the trouble shooting chart, but discovered bad pin fit at ECU pin 21 for D wire

    No input duplication as per troubleshooting chart

    Was never the switch on trans, wire harness or shift lock control

    Well, dealer was somewhat correct in telling me to replace harness, but at $4600, geeze, couldn’t the tech hook up and see in the scanner it was just a pin fit at the ECU and not getting the signal for D.
