2” front lift w Billstein 5100s front and rear
Recently installed the icon rxt leaf pack on my truck. My stock leaf springs were completely destroyed since it’s my daily work truck. I’ve hauled over 2,000 lbs and towed over 5,000 lbs. I have bilstein 5100 shocks front and back. 2” lift in the front. I know leaf springs tend to sag a bit with time and weight. I have a
~300 lb lumber rack. I decided to go with option 3. It ended up lifting it significantly higher than I expected. Gave it about 4” of lift on the fenders and ~5” of lift on the hitch. Driving seems overall smooth except when going over potholes or speed bumps. No axle shims and no vibrations yet. Will keep it at option 3 for a few weeks and see how it handles weight and how much it settles. I feel like I’ll have to switch it to either option 1 or 2. Any suggestions? I’ll be adding sumo springs soon. I like the back to be
    1”-1.5” higher.

Check out this thread, tons of info there

You should measure from center of hub up to your fender for your amount of lift measurements, stock you’re around 22 inches Rear, front 20/21 inches approx

Lots of good info in the thread that @DavesTaco68 linked. I read through all 120+ pages and it helped me to decide on which option to go with.

I settled on option 3 for my truck. 2020 trd off-road short bed with Elka 2.5 resi suspension and 700 lbs front coils. I carry around 300 lbs of constant weight in my bed. Steel bed rack, steel bumper, steel sliders, full size 33” matching spare wheel, factory bed mat and awning. Was looking to gain my 3 inches of lift back after my All Pro leaf pack failed to support the weight. My front end used to sit higher then the rear with the All Pro and it made for an awful ride as I was literally riding on my Timbren bump stops. After the RXT install my rear end sat significantly higher then my front. From the center of hub to bottom of fender my measurements were 25.5” driver and 25.75” passenger. I had over 2” of space between the top of my bump stop and the frame. The truck drove much better. Smoother than before but stiffer. It took around 5000 miles before the leafs finally settled. That’s after loading the rear bed up with 800 lbs in gear and doing around 200 miles worth of off-road to really get the leafs to flex out. The rear end settled down an inch on both sides and after playing around with my coilovers to compensate for the “taco lean” I got both sides even at 24.5” from center of hub to bottom of fender. My front measures 23.5” on both sides. It makes for a slight rake.
