5 Lug lift in 2024

First post after a long time lurking on here. I am starting the process of replacing my shocks and was looking into lifting my truck a little bit, when i found out about the 5 lug vs 6 lug lift kit problems. All the posts and threads on here about lift options are very old and a few of them are outdated due to discontinued parts.
I was looking at putting the 6cyl coil spring in my truck as an option to add some height and the moog 81070 coil spring was what was recommended aftermarket wise. That part is discontinued and the only other option i can find is the mevotech sms81070. Is this essentially the same part just from a different manufacturer? And more importantly is it what i am looking for? Will update the thread with pictures of the process once i get all the parts ordered in december. (Christmas present to myself).
