I hunted down a picture showing the model of the crane. Documentation for it shows the base weight is 130,050 pounds (with a full fuel tank) PLUS the 160,000 counterweight.

Each counterweight came on its own flatbed as they look to be 40,000 pounds each.

 

No tunnels over there.

Sinkholes I'm not so sure about.

Yes. Bacon wrapped stuffing.
She just uses stove top chicken dressing. half pieces of thick cut bacon wrapped around a Swedish meatball size wad of wet stuffing held together with tooth picks. Bake on broiling pan 45 minutes or so. Make twice the amount you want to serve cuz you’ll be gobbling them as soon as they come out. The smell of them cooking is heavenly

Might not have had to offload the the 352, those lowboy trailers usually have some adjustment to how high or low to the ground they ride. I'd imagine he was running it as low as possible to keep the load from being over height restrictions.
