30-50 rotational clunk vibration video

2000 Tacoma auto 4wd This happens ever so often on inclines or when I’m “barely” touching gas…30-50 mph.. zero sound with foot off pedal. Have replaced both u joints, carrier bearing with drop kit and rear wheel bearings. Shaft feels snug with no play. Please advise. Trying to load go pro video of sound

I've clicked on the zip file under your text. The file went to my dowanload folder. I was able to open it, but I am not a mechanic; maybe someone with more technical knowledge downloads the file and helps you!

 

Video worked for me, very hard to tell, but based on what you’ve replaced, maybe pinion bearing, something in the rear end, maybe slack side of ring/pinion doesn’t make the same noise, maybe put the truck on jack stands and put it in gear and “stethoscope” the rear end, or drain the oil and look for metal, etc

 

Good idea on the stethoscope, I was giving it another week or so to drain oil to check for sparkles since they recently replaced the oil when bearing was put in
