Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

Well shop. They sure crammed in every bit of they could this week. The boat I said wouldn't be done got pushed out, done or not. And I didn't get told till 330 it was happening. Guess he'll work out what needs fixed. Holiday weekend here I come

Had all the parts then the decision was made (about 15 min after I got the new robot) to use up some old stock Kawasaki (wish they were green) robots to get them off the books
8 of them do by Dec 21st

Just survived a last minute trip to Costco to pick up a couple of pumpkin pies. Hahaha I realize even while writing this that according to the last poll 40% of you could care less. Wife and I can both make a fantastic pumpkin pie but not for $5.99…and especially not for one that could feed an entire household. I also had to laugh every time I passed by and saw multiple brands of cubed bread with seasoning all of which said “STUFFING” Happy Thanksgiving! I hope wherever you go, you show up DRESSED but leave STUFFED. Pointeman out!

How long you gonna bake it??

 

If I may suggest. 1/3 cup of unsalted butter, 1/3 cup of good olive oil, & 1/3 cup of dry sherry. (Doesn’t have to be expensive stuff). Heat it in the microwave, then get a flavour injector (I used a big ass syringe I got from the animal vet) Shoot the bird up everywhere, then roast. Never fail, won’t dry out.

In honor of the US thanksgiving, I decided to take the day off! I might not even hunt, (I might take the bow and do some scouting though ). Next week I muzzleloader hunt in a different area with the coyote guys, so I have to shoot my muzzleloader, and rejig all the junk equipment in my truck.

Don't eat toooo much turkey!

Yesterday was pushing mud/debris from pipe. Got use of a new tool yesterday. It kinda looked like a metal pipe hanger with teeth cut into it with a 10 foot shaft that went into the drill chuck and spun to break up the thicker stuff.
Worked pretty good but was slow.
Moved away from the 4" perforated sewer pipe to the 6" sewer pipe.
We are off until Monday .
