Aftermarket LED fog light wiring to OEM harness

    My new bumper came with LED fog lights that don't have the male adapter. They are just red and black wires. The original harness has green and white wires. Can I just splice them together? I'm assuming no, and I've seen the pigtails (wrong end in pic), which also have red and black. If I wire those to the new lights, and connect it to the original side of the female adapter on the green and white wires, will they work? Or are these new lights just not compatible? Thanks.
