Help picking the right rim/wheel (newb Q)?

    Sorry for the Q, but I have done a lot of research before posting here..I think I got it right, but I just want to be certain because returning wheels won't work!

    I can basically build a house, but I don't understand truck rims/tires for sh*t. Somehow I missed this in my education...but that's why I'm here. Thank you for reading so far.

    I have a 2009 Tacoma 2WD (RWD) Base, regular cab. I want to swap out the crappy factory rims for some all-season and get some lightweight steel rims. Currently the tires are 215/70R15

    What I found is this rim (see attached). But which one is correct? I don't want a bigger wheel, so 15" seems good, which these are. But I'm a little lost on the width. 215mm is 8 inches -- none of these are that wide, no? A rim that is 7" wide, but a tire is 8" (215mm) because it goes outside the rim -- is that it? Because the tire will be narrower where it meets the rim.

    Just want to know which rim I can get and what tires size are compatible with it. I believe it's the 15x7 rim, but not sure on the tires..
