Hey tacoworld, I got these wheels/tires yesterday and was wondering if I will have any issues fitting these on my Taco. The tires are 285/70r17. My main concern is if the stock lug nuts will fit with this new wheel, because I didn’t get lugs with this set of wheels and tires. Sending pics of wheels and my taco below.. let me know if yall need more details.

I wasn’t positive they were but I can’t find these wheels anywhere else so I assumed they were without a trd emblem

The current lugs on your factory wheels will work. They should be mag seat lugs. With 285s it gonna be tight in there. If you don’t have after market ucas you’ll probably need them to clear the 285s with a good alignment.

I tried to put em on and they rubbed the control arm too much for comfort. I bought some spacers so that should do the trick

What width wheels are they? What size spacers? Are they hub centric spacers?

So with the spacer that’s basically a 17x8 - 44 offset. You’re gonna need a cmc for sure and if don’t have ucas you’ll more than likely need them to clear the tires on the cab mount with that much negative offset.

What's the offset of the wheels? 2" spacer sounds like a lot.

The wheels are 17x8 +4. So with the spacer they’re basically 17x8 -44

IMO op get 1” spacers. Do a cmc. A really good alignment with as much cater possible if still on factory ucas. If they still rub you’ll need aftermarket ucas.

Is there any length of spacer where I can get away from doing a cmc and potentially replacing the uca’s? And if I can’t get away from the cmc then how easy/hard is that to get done?

Accutune makes an adjustable uca. Any adjustable uca would help move the tire forward in the fender for alignments.
