I suggest you post more information like tire size and whatever displays when you click “full specification” in your screenshot (that or replace the screenshot with a link).

Either way, no one is going to be able to guarantee anything. There are too many variables. People might provide some advice on how to proceed though. The more information you give, the better.

Thank you for the suggestion. Tires are 255/80/17 with a 3” lift and spc upper control arms on a 2020 trd sport.

I’d like to switch to this wheel:

    From this wheel:

I have the sam rims and tires but in a smaller size- DO you have rubbing with your setup? Are you on stock coils?

Left front wheel slightly "touches" the mudflap in certain driving situations. Doesnt bother me one bit.

Im at 1.75" lift in front and 2" in the rear. By the way, lifting the truck wont help with rubbing issues unless you plan to drive in a straight line and never cycle your suspension. Just how Toyota IFS works.

For example, even if you are at 3" lift in front, your wheel still goes through same range of motion as stock, its just the wheel has a different starting point. Hope that makes sense.

Getting 255/80/17 Toyo trails next week.
I have a 255/75/17 Bfg mud tire off my 4runner I was going to use as spare.
    It’s 1 inch shorter.
Ok to use as spare ,not alot of used 255/80 to be found and I’m not paying 300 for a spare.

I've got Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws and I run them at 36 but haven't chalked them. If I am going on a long highway drive I may bump that up to 39.

It’s not a one size fits all sort of thing. It depends on the size, load rating, and vehicle weight. There are some charts and calculators online like this one. I keep my LT255/85r16 e-load mud terrains around 37ish on the road. At that pressure the load capacity of my tires is about the same as the stock tires at oem recommended tire pressure according to a tire manufacturer’s chart I used several years ago. LT tires require more air pressure to avoid overheating.

I’ve not found any science supporting the “chalk test”.

On my 4Runner, same 32 psi doorjamb pressure, with load range E Duratrac RTs in 255/80-17. The base 4Runner weighs a couple hundred pounds more than a Taco.

Just wanted to share my experience putting on pizza cutters for anyone who’s considering them. I went from a 265/70/17 Wildpeak at3w to a 255/80/17 Wildpeak at4w. Long story short. They rubbed quite a bit on the cab mount, had to do a cmc a couple days after install….. Long story long, the truck is a 2020 sport dclb. Eibach pro truck stage 2r with 1” lift in rear and 2” in front. JBA uca’s and KMC km722 wheels with 0 offset. I preemptively hammered down the pinch weld, as well as heat gunned and trimmed some fender liner. That stuff did the trick for keeping the tires off the fenders but the passenger side rubbed on cab mount pretty good. Strangely the driver side cleared, barely, but cleared. The alignment was its own story but after a couple trips back to get a proper alignment I gave up on the tire shop and I’ll have to get one from someone who knows what they’re doing. What I can say is that the passenger side rubbed with 2.5* caster all the way to well over 4* of caster. Other guys may have been able to pull off these tires with 0 offset and no cmc but no dice for me. YMMV. Other than that, they look great and now with the cmc done they clear just fine. I will say, I definitely noticed the extra weight. Especially coming from a smaller SL tire. They also ride a good bit stiffer than my old at3w’s, to be expected. I have about a week left on my 30 day return window so I’ll have to make a decision soon whether or not to keep them. Still on the fence.

Would I have any problem running pizza cutters on my Method 703 17x8.5 / 6x5.5 / 0/4.8" wheels?

The zero offset may have you rubbing on cab mount if you don’t have a cmc. It did for me anyway.
