    Howdy All,

Was going to start getting active back in Sept when I got my much loved Solor Orange Taco but, just after I was approved on the forum, and just as I hit 10k miles, I was hit by a dump truck and sadly it was totaled :(

Very long story so fast forward, and I now have a Blue Crush Taco that I am now the proud owner of.

Looking forward to engaging with everyone here. Already have my eyes on some mods that I ran across on the boards one of which will help with mounting my HAM gear.

    Cheers!
    Jolly

    Welcome!

Sorry to hear about your Solar Orange; hopefully you folks weren't injured. The Blue Crush looks great!

I was stationed at a couple of bases that had Jolly Greens: Eglin and Kirtland.

Wasn't hurt too bad, mild concussion and some bumps and scraps but for the most part the truck took the hit. The dump truck was listed at 54k pounds fully loaded in the police report. Cool thing was when I came around the first thing I heard was the Toyota rep asking me over and over again if I needed emergency services. He stayed online with me till they showed, pretty cool.

Loved Eglin, liked Kirtland, that's where I went to 60 FE school. Good times and great food there!

Thanks! Was really disappointed that I couldn't find another Solar Orange exactly like this one within 500 miles of me but, was fortunate to find the last Blue Crush in the DFW area that was equipped the same. Only thing different is that this one has the SDM on it, not sure if Ill ever use it but ya never know.
