    2002 3.4 Should I replace it? IAC Or does a thorough cleaning with proper SPRAYS, clean rags and cue tip usually do it?
    I will also clean the Tb & plate.

    My clean up job did the trick, it was filthy, plus calibration was easy enough,,, TB was nasty also.

    i have a set of all the 95 taco manuals,, I just followed the procedure in the book. I know JIS screwdrivers would have come in handy, but I didn't have any,, had to use a manual impact screwdriver to break them loose, mounting the TB in the vise with brass jaws.
    Don't round off the screw heads, take your time on those screws, a regular phillips screwdriver might work, just be careful... Of course I'm relying on my memory working on a 95', don't know about your year and changes.
