Lower windshield weather seal???

Can anyone tell me the part number for this? Or an after market solution? I cant seem to find it on any parts fiche.

 

That looks to be part of the actual cowl. I replaced my cowl last year and I know it was part of it

...i have an 09', and there was a problem with those cowls and they were replacing them for a while, and did mine when it did something similar. ...mine has done it again, and it taps at time when driving. ...i'm going to see if i can get some good exterior all weather construction adhesive and see if i can lay a small bead where it needs to be re secured, weight it down until it cures, and see if it holds up.
