Nice gauge set up man! I'm about to buy some as well. Thanks for the ideas. Question, where is the sending unit for your supercharger temp reading? I'm doing that too. I was going to buy an inline temp mount from auto meter and put it on the exit coolant s/c hose. Your input would be a big help. Thanks

If you are going with a TRD blower with an air to water intercooler, you want to measure the water temp before and after the intercooler.

I made an aluminum fill/surge can for my set up. One sensor is in that tank. The other is inline in the hose.

The gauge I used shows a temp on the inlet and a temp on the outlet.

Any gauge you pick needs a low temp range. Basically you need something from ambient temp + approximate 20 degrees F.

I live in Houston, So I need something that reads from maybe 30F to 130F.

Very helpful. Thank you. Looks great. My truck already has the trd blower. Looks like you use the inline temp fitting I've seen. What hose size is the coolant line? 5/8? Where did you purchase your gauge? Great job on the tank. I found one at canton racing that holds 2 quarts. Thanks again.

    The coolant hose is 3/4".

The gauge is SPA. I installed it several years ago and I do not remember where I bought it.

The inline adapter I purchased at Summit Racing.

Your cockpit looks great! What series of Autometer did you use to get as close to the stock Toyota gauge look?

That was Autometer Nexus gauges. They are not made anymore.

Ah, that's why I couldn't find them. When they were produced, did autometer consider the lighting/color "red"? Were they LED? I am trying to get something as close as possible, and I can only go so far with online pictures.

    Thanks!

You could adjust the color. I think I was set as orange. These gauges had a central brain and the gauges were adjustable with a remote. I had several problems with these and Autometer dropped them pretty quickly.
