Want to make sure before I order that I am choosing the correct harness. I currently have raptor lights wired via an add a fuse setup. Will I need the basic OEM conversion or the conversion w/ grille lights? Not sure if the current setup needs the be replaced for this conversion. Also, will after market sequential turn signals cause any issues?

You are going to replace halogen headlights with OEM LED headlights?

Then I would recommend the "with grille lights" harness for your grille lights.
If you want/plan for backlight on ss3 fog lights now or in the future, you might want the "dual grille" option but for grille lights only a single grille, driver side (default) makes the most sense and is what I do on my own truck (bought ss3's before the backlight option).

    Sound good? Further q's?

Last questions, your harness will replace the add a fuse? My grille lights currently only come on with the headlights, will that change?

Grille lights will be on anytime the stalk is not set to off.

Dave. I can’t thank you enough for the harness. Got my LEDs installed today. Your harness is well made, easy to use, and made this a true plug-n-play install. For anyone thinking about this harness, just buy it. Also, if your lights aren’t working properly after install, make sure you’ve plugged in the connections until you hear the “click”.;)
