New to Tacoma

Hey all, I just bought a new 2024 Tacoma and figured I should join here. I’m a retired machinist/engineer who has done nearly all his own work for 60 years but got tired of my 2006 Silverado and it’s issues with 195000 miles. I live in Daytona Beach and got a couple Harleys, a 1978 Dodge Motor Home and an old house so there’s always something to work on. Thought that a new truck would take one job off my plate based on Toyota’s reliability. I’ve had a couple crappy Corollas in my past and no complaints on them being cheap transportation. My dogs insisted I buy another four door pickup because I take them for a ride and walk every morning at one of the parks near the river or beach. I’ll contribute if I can but mostly looking for others problems and results. Thanks for the invite.
