    Hi,

I recently had the Bilstein 5100's installed and set them to the middle setting which I believe is 1.25. After the install the alignment shows the caster is out on one side. Is this normal or anything to be concerned about?

    TIA!

Is it tracking straight when you let go the wheel? (not drifting off to the left)?

If it tracks straight, then you're fine.
Caster adjusts your return-to-center, but does not affect tire wear (camber & toe do, and those both look good).
It's possible the shop gave you some extra caster because it can allow fitting a slightly larger tire before rubbing.

    I think the clips are 0, .65, 1.1, 1.5 and 2" (3rd Gen)

If they cant get the left side to more caster then they should have dialed back the right side a little. Id say no more than a .5 difference. A lot of shops will do .5 less on the driver's side for road crown correction. Personally if you are running bigger tires then I would tell them not to do that so that you clear the body mount as much as possible.

    More the better for caster.

Thanks all for the replies. I'm running stocks wheels and one tire size bigger than OEM.

4x4junkie, It does not pull and the wheel does go straight when I let go of it.

They added more caster, which is a good thing when lifted. Numbers look good!
