You know what, my bad. I originally had said an old M10 junction. Someone had mentioned a nut and I forgot what I had originally mentioned. Use an old junction to make a dead end. That preserves the inverted flare and bypassing the lspv return line could be temporary. Sorry I had a lapse of focus on that one.

When I did this on my truck I just bought a 90deg female junction to replace the T junction, a little bend in the lines is fine.

Also to add on to everything Dan said about proper rear shoe adjustment being critical, I've helped a few others do reman BBK upgrades, and on one of them the reman calipers had seized pistons!! The braking on that truck was dangerously bad, not just annoying tho.

I'm one of the people who has done double diaphragm booster and larger bore master. Both of these things help a bit, but will not overpower improperly adjusted rears.

This side looks perfectly fine to me. Thoughts? Pedal has been noticeably better, but still really have to push far to get good braking. Maybe its just the nature of the beast

I deleted my lspv and want to make sure I have everything right. The return line I removed the hard line from the mc to be cleaner. I plugged it with an M10x1.0 inverted flare plug. I bench bled the mc and removed the lspv and added the manual proportioning valve. It’s still spongy and doesn’t stop. I’m going to bench bleed the mc again and rebleed the brakes (I don’t have high hopes) I’m using a motive pressure bleeder with is awesome btw. Maybe I need to bench bleed the mc again. Please if anyone has any insight on what I can try. I have a giant paper weight in my garage. lol.

this is how I have my return capped off. When I bench bleed the mc I just put this plug in.
