Needing some help please! I ordered the FBC conversion harness for a 4-runner to upgrade to the new LED headlamps. Starting to think it is lost with USPS. Was due in on the 9th and now there are no updates or movement when I track the order. I ordered the harness on 11/27 and it shipped on 12/3. Any advice on what to do?? Thanks for any info in advance!

easy, start with the shipper, file with them for a lost product, then contact seller and see about shipping a new one, sometimes the shipping company wants you to call them first so, your decision first.

USPS has done this before. I don’t think I’ve come across one where they didn’t deliver.

I can build more but, before I left town I was 100% out of one connector I need. The next shipment may have arrived in my absence. I’m on a flight back right now.

Once I get caught up on the backlog (by the weekend I hope) I’ll try to remember to check back on this and if I have to ship a replacement I can do so. Most likely it arrives somewhere around the 3 week timeframe.

Remember it’s the holidays and USPS is not perfect. I had a rogue 10 lb weight plate pair sent to me from an eBay seller which took about 3 weeks as well. It happens.

I looked and I see no T4R headlight harnesses ordered on 11/27

I see two ordered on 11/26 and shipped 11/27, both show as delivered.

Perhaps post your order number (or DM r your name) and I’ll identify which is yours and review the tracking.

Just sent DM. Should be the order number. No rush, I just wanted to see if you may be able to see more info on your end of shipping. Thanks for the info!

We will finish this via DM. For anyone else reading this, note my thoughts above about what I've seen from USPS, sometimes it just becomes a waiting game. I've sent a few duplicate packages over the past few years and I think every one arrives after the original, though sometimes it's just appropriate for me to do it and eat the costs as a show of good faith.

I ship USPS mostly for their very reasonable pricing, not for an impressive service record. But I've had delays with UPS and FedEx as well so those just seem like more cost with no true benefit for the package sizes I typically ship.
