Indeed it does. I had that same style rack on my Gen2 Taco. Loved it!

Huh...the ones the Toyo techs installed on my gen2 in 2013 were Toyota OEM. Toyota said these techs were the only ones warranteed/authorized to install the rack. Looks the same as the one you bought. Course on my Gen 2 I am pretty sure they had to drill holes in the roof of the cab to install, so maybe that's why the Toyo techs were required.

Looking forward to your airflow noise report...

Just rode a little over an hour to work, about 60% highway speeds with the crossbars stowed away. The noise was completely unoticeable until about 65 mpg. At that point, with the fan and radio off, there was a SLIGHT wind noise. Around 80 I could hear it a little more but still not as loud as the road noise. Going to ride home with the crossbar in place to see how that is.

A tacoma with an awning on its roof top tent was driving next to me on the freeway in my blind spot. I was hearing the loud whistling over my music wondering “what broke on my new truck now? “Until it passed me.

Well, the wind noise with the bars deployed is a bit louder than the previous gen, but not absurdly so. Part of it is the sunroof and part is likely due to the bars being a bit wider. Overall, could not hear them until about 60mph and it wasn't really pronounced until about 70. At 78 (my cruising speed) you certain knew you have a roof rack on but I have heard much worse. Stopped and stowed the crossbar and was back to barely noticeable. Since I will only need them occasionally, this is a great choice for me. YMMV

For the overwhelming majority of owners, thr ability to have a rack available while NOT having to have the constant noise is a huge appeal. I also happen to like the aesthetic but I know it's not for everyone.

How long did the install process take you? Was there instruction with the kit?

Instructions came with it. Very simple process. Under 30 min to install and 5 min of that was wrapping all of the bolts with teflon tape (my own desicion). I'll spend more time filling the bolt holes with black caulk and topping with a plastic hole plug than I did installing the rack.
