For closing on 200K that's pretty good. The frame and body look pretty darn nice but with the miles, I'd probably take the money and run myself.

 

I'm sure that may be true in your area, but what I said was exactly what I was told by the owner of a well respected body shop in my town and I had no reason to doubt what he was telling me.

 

Id take 10k plus the truck that probably drives just fine like it is
