Hey Connecticut, our backs hurt

I just ordered hardware for the transfer case skid. That might be up for sale. The transmission skid, sold it to the guy with the Xterra, he modded it into an engine skid plate.

He said they only have aluminum skid plates available for the Xterra and he wanted steel.

Just checked the weather on my phone. 21 degrees. Feels like 15. No thank you.

 

My crimper came in. I can recommend it now that I have done a couple test crimps.

17 here... supposed to be near 60 again on Tuesday though

 

Got my stuff so I can wire the fuse block before installing it. Need to get some terminals from Autozone and I thought of a way to light up the compressor switch and power the fog light relay. Will need to find the wire at work. It's too cold to do anything outside.

Youngest is in the Nutcracker in Danbury. Had her first performance last night. Another one today, and tomorrow again.

 

Enjoy! It’s our youngest 19th birthday today. Still haven’t seen him. He went to a 21st party last night.

 

Hopped in the truck to take a ride to the bank and parts store. Maintenance light is flashing.

 

Messed up the last few terminals for the fog light relay. Need to order more but the website is down.
I'll have a look on Amazon. They weren't getting crimped properly, so I had to do an adjustment. The compressor switch is fully wired.

 

At least I was able to crimp on the connector for one of the ditch lights. Waiting for the other one in the mail.

Good morning CT.

A little then some of this and then I'll figure out the fog light relay situation. I could probably mount the relay on the fender or radiator support and grab fused battery power from the aftermarket relay box.

Just ordered terminals and fuse holders from Amazon. They should be here tomorrow. I want to change the oil and rotate the tires next Saturday and more importantly, install the fuse/relay box.
