    are there any relay testers that work on my 17 tacoma relays??

    What relay?
    Some are integrated into the control boards.
    You have to test powers and grounds.

    If it’s a standard plug-in relay. Sure, they make a “tester”.

    Also, what relay are you trying to test?
    Maybe we can help you.

    I personally use a 9v battery and a voltmeter to test relays.
    You can even use the car battery with alligator test leads.

    thanks i got one from Amazon. new issue i installed a jbl radio 08073, second one . first one did the same. any ideas??
    no audio control on steering wheel or radio.

    So you can’t even change the sound on the radio itself?

    The steering wheel controls I understand.
    There are a few different clock spring configurations of the wiring.

    But no control on the radio has me stumped.

    But then again, I am not an audio guy.
    I have a the factory unit non-steering wheel controlled radio.

    It’s a single disk player. Not even an aux port.

    Did your truck originally come with JBL? If not you can't put a JBL radio in it because JBL uses a separate audio amplifier.
