Could one of you knowledgeable gents give me some advice on the settings to use on these 2 amps. Alpine amp is powering Kicker door and dash speakers through stock harness, Kenwood is powering single 10" sub. Sony XAV-9500es head unit.

    Yeah.
Doors and dash are wired together through the stock harness. Unless you run some more wires, you will have them on the same channel. It's relatively simple to run new wires to the dash and use the stock harness for the doors.

Generally speaking, you want to avoid sending frequencies to speakers that can't reproduce that frequency. For the Alpine, it looks like it is already set to HPF, which is what you want for non-subs. Look up the speaker specs and set the frequency to the lowest the speaker can handle. For the tweeters, you'll likely have it at the max (400). For the doors, it may be between 120 and 400. If you are wiring them both together, just use the door speaker specs. Most tweeters have a capacitor on them to block low frequencies anyway.

Same for the sub, but opposite. Set to the highest frequency the sub can reproduce.

Gain is a bit tricky. Look up the amp manual and see what it says. Usually you play some music at a medium-high volume setting and turn up the gain until the sound clips, then back off a little. You can also use it to balance output between the 2 channels, but find the max setting first and then turn down from there.

Thanks for the info! Here are the speaker specs. So based on this where would you start? Sorry for the ignorance on the subject, but the spec on the speakers do not seem to correlate to what is on the amps.

    Yeah.
Those door speakers won't effectively produce sounds that low (30-40 Hz). I'd start with everything set to 80 and go from there.

Hopefully someone with more expertise will chime in. I know how it all works, but I don't consider myself an expert.
