That's still only a 32" tire. With the 2.5" lift, it should fit.
    I'm running a 265/75-16 Falken AT3W on a (about) 2" lift with no problems.

Why did you install upper control arms?
    Are the new UCAs adjustable?
Are they adjusted all the way to the rear so when they did the alignment, the LCAs had to be adjusted back to get the caster angle in spec?

I'm guessing here, but I would suspect the alignment guy only adjusted your alignment cams on the LCAs and never looked at the UCAs.

    Just a thought.

IMG_8256.jpg @winkel installed new upper control arms since they had been lying around. Not sure if they’re adjustable but this is what brand they are. I too am guessing about the alignment since I don’t know much about what they did just that it was sent in for a front end alignment after getting new tires

I see in your specs 20" wheels...wionder if that has anything to do with it? Since the problem started with the new uca's where exactly are you rubbing?

@OffroadToy that was a mistake on my part, the rims are actually 17 inches, 20 was a mispell

What springs and shocks do you have up front? Maybe be able to adjust up a bit on the shocks easily to help. Hope you don’t need a CMC.

    I’m running:
    SPC UCA's, 887's coils, 5100 Bilsteins all 4 corners rolling on 265, 75 16's.

@MarX i doubt their adjustable since I’m running the broke teenager setup of Rough Country struts and shock absorbers:D hoping to save up for a Bilstein 5100 lift by next year or so but for now stuck with this:annoyed:

Both your UCA and choice of wheel offset make the rubbing worse. The UCA though is a bit of necessity for caster correction at 2.5" lift. So if you want to eliminate rubbing, go back to a wheel of +30mm OEM offset, like the 17s found on TRD Sport trucks of the era. Or start cutting, which costs $0 lol.

I purposefully got a set of used TRD Sport wheels off FB Marketplace just to clear 33" skinny (255/80-17) Duratrac RT without trimming my 4Runner:
