Cold start condition

    21’ 3.5 84k. At a cold start I’m now getting a 1-2 second drastic rpm fluctuation up and down, then it goes to its normal high idle. Almost like the engine wants to cut out. Slightly rough idle once warmed up. It’s beyond the normal rpm change when warming up. No codes. New air filter, throttle body cleaned, MAF clean. Changing out PCV today. Any ideas what this might be. Thanks
