I don't think there would be enough space.

I'll build a little bracket or drill into that plate. Thanks for the pictures.

Potential sighting at Daytona this weekend? I caught a flash of what I thought was the Namibia decal in the infield but couldn't get a picture. Beautiful if frigid weather to use that RTT.

Awesome! Good luck with the build. Reach out to SRQ Fab / True North Fab if you have any questions. Great group of guys there that stand behind their products.

    Cheers

As of right now I didn't mount any yet but I'll end building a little bracket for the top.

Had an awesome time at ATR 2022

The drive up was not too bad apart from the Atlanta traffic

    The group for the weekend

Didn't get to spend too much time on the trails, due to fixing spark plug wires on the buggy, and transfer case mounts on the FJ the first day, and rain on the following days. But still had a lot of fun!

Testing out the suspension after a fun day of wheeling

After leaving at 04:30 to head home we we were changing a tire on the trailer at 05:30. Only took us 15 minutes and we were back on the road.

The rain helped to clean the riggs.

Evil FJ got a good pic of my truck on the way home

How did you like the 295s?
I have a 21' that I plan to run 295/75r16s. I have an auto that i am swapping in 4:30s. How bad was your power/mpg loss?

The 295/75/R16 size is great. It is a bit bigger than 33" but doesn't require much more trimming to clear. It is also a bit wider than the common 285 tires. In terms of power/MPG loss, it would be about the same as the 285. My truck is a manual, so i cant comment on how it will impact the auto. But driving wise, you can tell that it struggles a bit more to get off the line, but not too bad. I am on 35" tires now and it still feels fine.

thank you. I really want to 295s because they are just large enough to set it apart from a 285/75r16. The truck looks great on 35s and even better that you wheel it.
