I think it's 45503-39075, but you should really use your own vin and cross check that with a dealer or website you trust, as I certainly do not want to be responsible for a part that doesn't fit. They are expensive (msrp $258)- If you're replacing both, it's cheaper to buy a new rack with them installed already.

I just bought these (got them yesterday) along with the 555 outers. They look beefy and the price is great... mine tend to last a couple years so a great price-to-performance ratio.

Yeah I get that, the problem is I found the part I believe I need but some websites say it will fit, and some say it won’t. Confusing, so I just wanted to see if that part # worked for anybody else

Suspension for these trucks only come in two flavors......they only make two rack set ups.........5lug and 6lug
so all 2.7s and 3.4s will all use that same 6 lug tie rods.....

all the 2.4's with 5 lugs....eat at the kiddie table....
I believe there are few 5vz's with rwd 5lug tho.

Everybody wants to sell 6lug to 5lug people......and that just generates a return...
    and same in reverse....

the 6lug and 5lug tie rods look completely different...

5lug looks like off a sedan........6lug looks like a truck one

I like napa's premium line suspension stuff......more modern design with the synthetic rubber....
