I decided to give my BMW attention by changing its CVs... Bad mistake, it immediately wanted more attention during the test drive. Good news is the CVs cured all of my vibrations that were left over from the drive shaft bearing job. So now it's smooth as butter. The downside is coil pack number two decided to shit the bed and a block from my house on my way back it started misfiring like an old dump truck. Although I'm kind of glad it picked just now to do that rather than when I drive it across the state in a week

 

Fixed shade is more betterer

 

Today is my orientation at a drilling company so that shits not happening

I'll stop the energy drinks

Then they wonder why they cant hire anyone, or wonder why "the younger generation is lazy and not willing to put in the work". Well because we cant read minds Quit gatekeeping. Sorry if i sound a bit sour about the subject hahaha.

 

Will this person be your superior or peer (in terms of org chart)?

Ask them questions about how they want to work and communicate, what their priorities are, how they would solve certain problems that you think need to be solved, and pay very close attention to how they treat you in the interview. It's hard to tell who is truly good from an interview, but lots of fakes and jerks will make themselves very obvious.

Dude was very cool actually, way better than a different candidate. He hasn't had to deal with our local regs at the state and federal level so hopefully we can learn from each other.

Another candidate came off as a know all jerk, glad he didn't make it.

Man if I ever need to interview for a job again I'll have some serious brushing up to do. 5 years now of working solo without any team at my current job, I don't think I can honestly say I'm good at teamwork anymore
