    Hey All!
    I'm a retiree in SE USA and long-time shade tree mechanic here to learn about 2022-2023 Tacoma's (probably Sport trim). I want to learn what to look-out for on the 3rd gens and what are the common failures. Also, am curious why I see many 2022-23 Tacoma's with 22k -30k miles on them for sale? Makes me suspicious that there is a common failure soon after 20k miles.

    BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    I think people get rid of them when they realize they bought a truck and not a Cadillac. I poke fun at them for their girlie motors, too.

    Could be that someone did a 3 year lease not realizing they are going to go over their mileage and just bought something else. 20K-30K is a drop in the bucket for those trucks even with spotty maintenance. 100K is when lack of maintenance begins to show.
