Brighter headlight bulbs standard housing

I have the current Sylvania LED model sold by O'reilly after the one from Amazon failed and I have re-aimed them. The Sylvanias do not seem to be as bright as the ones I purchased from Amazon. In the city with all the lights I see no improvement in lighting but in rural areas, I see the biggest difference. The road in front is lit up better and I can see the deer far easier. I'll say the only time I get flashed is when I forget to dim the brights. Yes LEDs are brighter even for me seeing on-coming traffic coming towards me, some vehicles worse than others. When that happens I look to the fog line and pray.
