    Apparently my company did not have a max amount on the roll over. The just updated the policy last month to allow no more than 80 hours roll over.

    I remember when I was a teen my dad had accumulated ton of rollover vacation. His company got bought out and they forced him to use is it all before the acquisition was complete. He was off for like 3 months. :rofl:

    Got a new book in. This book is really awesome. Teaches you how to build a lot of the tools and gear cutters needed to cut the wheels and pinion in a watch movement.

    I’m not going to make my own cutters. But I am going to buy a cheap rotary indexer for my mill so I can cut the wheel and pinion teeth.

    I decided to print each part of the movement at 2.5:1, 5:1, and 10:1 scales so I can assemble them and accelerate my understanding of how they all work.

    right now I am printing the Barrel drum that contains the main spring to store the movements energy.
