Something similar will be sold eventually. My set up is more than likely a one off version of what will likely be sold given how much we had to go into the bed. Nick wants to keep everything under the bed if possible on these trucks. Nick has his own first gen going under the knife here shortly so he's going to wait to launch a kit until he's done with that truck.

For everything (complete axle, shocks, sway bar, miscellaneous parts, labor, etc...), I lost count. :anonymous:

If I guesstimate, more then $12k. I did the work myself on mine and it was around that price and it was pre-covid price for parts.

Ha! I'm not going to bother adding it up at this point. It's a lot and that's about all I know.

Finally watched, awesome fab work. If it is made a kit I think my current mods would ever let me install this but damn was it fun to watch the fab and install. I love that during the trial runs you still were barely into the air/hydro? bumps. Means it still has plenty to give on the hardest hits.

I'm definitely curious to see what becomes of the final version. Even with mid travel, it going to be an awesome upgrade for a lot of people who want to get the best out of their rigs! You'd also be correct that I was getting to far into the bump stops. I measured it, but I used maybe 3/16", but there is a bump zone inside the IBPs so I'm getting into that first before I touch bumps. In theory, the harder hits should be taken very well which is just awesome to see!

Smiles per mile are never cheap. Truck is looking good. You're obviously gonna see a huge difference for go fast but I'm more curious how it does in the big rocks. With that extra droop I bet it's gonna be noticable on the go slow stuff as well.

Yep. I'm excited to see what she can do once I get out to Hammers. Mostly desert stuff for me down there, but if I can get the rear bumper built in time, I definitely plan on doing some crawling while down there.

Here are some photos of the truck from when I went up to get it from Martec. I'm still so stoked on having it back. Truck drives better than it ever has on the street. Definitely helps having a swaybar on the truck now. I still have a few things to button up this weekend, and a few more thing to touch up on, but I'm ready to get into Hammers prep as well and get her down to the lake bed for a 10 days!

And for those who haven't seen the build video Nick put up, here's that. Definitely worth a view. Nick made it all look too easy.

As I like to say, bring out which one will party the best! :stirthepot:

Dual cases the best thing I've ever done to this truck. The control in the rocks is unreal, and yes, longer t-case skid is a must!

That rear link setup looks sick.

Didn’t you have some tons set side for this thing like 5 years ago?
