    Trimming off the excess bottom sheeting in prep for the bottom trim.

    Running the bandsaws kills your shoulders, but it goes fast and leaves a clean cut that requires minimal grinding.

    The best thing about fabbing with aluminum is it's easy to make yourself a clamping anchor.

    Just have to slowly bend and clamp the angle then tack in place. Move down another 3' and do the same. Wash, rinse, repeat.

    Got the bottom trim welded on.

    32 foot of continuous welding is an ass kicker!

    Had a little aluminum wire left in the spool, so welded in the bow trim.

    Starting to look like a boat finally.

    Forgot to snap a pic of the bow. I'll get one later.
