I have a 2014 base white double cab short bed 4x4 with just under 30,000 miles. I'm the second owner (US government was the original owner) and it's pretty clean, but not perfect. It has ARB airlockers with 4:30 gears from East Coast gear and supply, an ARB bumper, long tube headers with custom tune, and a 2" lift off of a TRD pro. Any ideas on what its worth?

Not a bit, lived in Arizona/California when it was a government truck. Now in Southwest Colorado and has only been here for two winters, going on three. We use a little mag here which I don't love but it seems Toyotas don't really rust significantly in this area and mine has not started. Also to note comes with two sets of tires. 265 7017 (60%) Cooper Discovery AT2s on 4Runner wheels and 255 75 17 (90%) nitto trail grapplers on FJ cruiser wheels

Clean truck like that (no hail I assume) can get you 25k in Colorado.

Would be the absolute minimum. I'd say closer to 28-30. Two years ago, that would've pulled 32.

Yeah If it’s clean I would expect $30k or close based on what I’ve been seeing. At least around my area (northeast).

KBB for Durango is 22k to 25k
I would not expect more than that

Hard disagree. KBB is notorious for undervaluing high-interest, low mileage clean vehicles such as this one. Price is dictated by supply, demand, and quality.

It would probably fetch 25-27 here. I paid 26 for mine w/ 34k on it. One owner, 4 yrs old, TRD, yada yada.

There is currently 28 2nd gens for sale w/ under 100k on them just in my immediate area. 9 of which have less than 50k on them. There is a total of 126 2nd gens total for sale in my immediate area. The 126 is dealer listed inventory only so the total for sale inventory is even higher when you factor in private sales.

Average price of those 28? 18-21. Couple access cabs with 36k and 41k, one listed at 19, the other at 21. Obviously double cabs are going to fetch more.

Could you list it for more and get it, sure, one day. Problem is listing a 2nd gen at 30k is a tough sell when you can get a 2024 for 10k more w/ 0 miles.

The average person looking for a truck is not going to pay enthusiast prices. And 30k for a 10 year old modded base model is just that. Enthusiast prices. Doesn’t mean it’s not worth it, just a much, much smaller base willing to shell out the money.

So yes, in my opinion demand is going to dictate lower price.

Edit: coming back after browsing 2024’s/2025’s in my immediate area. 25-27 might even be a stretch.
168 2024’s currently listed. Average listing price.
    SR DC 4x4 36-38k
    SR5 DC 4x4 38-40k
    TRD DC 4x4 42k-44k
    Limited DC 4x4 44k
