I have a 6cyl 3.4 liters tacoma 2004 sr5 and it will start first thing in the morning but in the middle of the day, i will need to start it 5-6 times to get it running, i changed the fuel
pump, the maf sensor, the fuel filter. I'm about to change the coolant sensor but what next?

Check the crank position sensor and voltage while running.

Most likely the CPS, but sometimes the battery cable can build up corrosion and therefore resistance over time. My 9-5 had a similar issue that I solved by swapping out the positive cable.

    Search “hot no start “

    host of causes/solutions
    Some easy cheap like CTS
Some more involved like leaky injectors

Had similar.....starts in morning and would take multiple tries to start later in day.

    Got progressively worse over time.

I ended up replacing crank sensor and open circuit relay......
those work in conjunction keeping the fuel pump running after start.

IF any of those connections are weak will cause the same,
my open circuit relay plug was covered in goo from the relay dielectric leaking down into it.

Real tricky to diagnose because fuel was flowing at start.....and looked to be same after,
    but it was not...

the pigtail on old cranksensor was soaked/rotting in oil and needed replacing anyways

I would run a compression check too, if you have the tool it's free and a good time to change out plugs.
