    rainbow falls has a lot of OHV and some camping. you might be able to ride up into rampart too, im not sure on the specific rules around there.

    Tarryall has a lot of HOV trails with camping. You'll run into SxS's there but then again where don't you. Had a secret camp site there years ago, I went a couple years ago to check it out and they closed the area down. Guess it was discovered and wrecked
