Hi, I'm Paul, I am a retired automotive educator. Taught automotive for 40 plus years. I purchased my 2013 Toyota Tacoma back in 2016. Taco' been a great truck. A big deer hit my truck in early November 2024. Just got it out of the body shop about 3 week ago (12.09.24). I noticed for the first time the engine oil light on and sometimes flickering. There's a whining sound coming from the engine. Checked the oil pressure with a manual gauge. readings at idle were between 20-30 PSI. I'm a bit concerned about the new noise in the engine although the oil pressure needle fluctuates a little when the noise is present.
