    Has anyone ever swapped from a manual to an automatic transmission?
    I got a good deal on a 2000 1st gen 3.4 manual 4x4 as a donor truck to swap for my 2002 1st gen 3.4 double cab pre runner automatic trans.
    If anyone can help with what’s needed to make it work.

    Following. I am looking at a 1999 2.7L automatic 4x4, extended cab Taco with 277K. It has a replaced frame, but needs a new transmission. I'd only want it if the swap to a 5-spd manual is affordable.
