    Wow last year my neighborhood was very quiet for welcoming the New Year in . Not last night , it sounded like war zone !!!!! . I heard alot of illegal fireworks going off and it started 2 hours early and it stopped 0130hrs

    Both my cats were freaking out from the noise

    Good morning and Happy New Year!

    I went out last night with some of my radio club buddies to wrap up 2024 and ring in 2025 with a parks on the air activation. Luckily by the event rules we were using UTC time so it was “midnight” at 6:00 pm my time. I was home by 8:00 and in bed by 10:00! That was way better than staying up till midnight for real.

    I made it to midnight, watching a YT feed that was showing each major cities midnight display. I'd say that Sydney, Australia won the contest, hands down, followed by Paris. China had some neat drone stuff, like the drone display at Burning Man.

    I've never been big on NYE stuff but I did almost stay up intentionally until midnight - I was finishing a book and wanted to get one more to my year end total for 2024 :laugh: And of course the fireworks woke back up at midnight so not like i missed anything.

    After I had the front end rebuilt, the PS tire rubbed on the cab mount. Never had the issue after I installed SPC UCAs and set the caster forward. Took some measurements and found the caster as off DS to PS. And the positive caster had been reset to 0.

    So, tools in hand I removed the PS tire and adjusted caster, had to do it 2 more times until I got it right then 2 more times to correct the camber then moved onto adj toe...3 times. And it is still off.

    Heading to the desert tomorrow, so it will have to do.
