2002 Ext Cab I replaced DR side door handle while waiting on a few new door attachments.
Working fine with window/door connections with connections hanging. Put on interior panel and no power to my window and lock.
    Guesses?

interior door panel or the drivers kick panel? door panel, you probably yanked a connection loose or the window knocked it out. kick panel could be the ground came loose.

I have the kick panel off cause I was trying to check the fuses and the dang mini fuses kept falling and getting stuck under the kick panel.
Anyways, my pwer mirror and speakers work. The window when working caught on something briefly while powering it down. I am about as sharp as a marshmallow when it comes to electricity, I am thinking I pulled something loose?
    Thank you for your advice.

@slodoug cool breakdown! So what do you think about this problem.
01, specs in profile, (drivers door lock only) will not do anything POWERED with inside button. But will lock or unlock all the other doors with button only, not key turn.
This started when my Gulf states Toyota dealer installed in 2001 alarm/keyless entry main module fried out- smoked. Even With module plugged or removed it still has the same symptoms. Anybody, Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks. I've had problem a year, I have been just pulling pushing lock knob to secure.

best to start your own thread but sounds like the module may have fried the actuator on that door. flip the drivers/passengers connectors on the door panel and see if they work on it just to eliminate the switch as a possibility.
