New Year, New Tacoma Pics!

Happy New Year TW! I’ve had my Tacoma for just over a year now and couldn’t be more stoked! Been keeping her clean and up to speed on the maintenance but wanted to give her a new look. Just made some changes, what y’all think? More to come!

 

But first gen didn’t have a PRO trim.

 

Did it? No. Is it a cool look? Yes. Not what I'm planning on going for, personally, but I dig it.

 

So what’s your point guy? Didn’t say anything in my post about “PRO” trim, pretty sure I can do whatever I want to my truck though. Like it or not and move on, post dumb comments and you win dumb prizes. IGNORED!

 

Hey thanks SpencerTacoSC. Just trying to blackout the front, gonna wrap the bumper in satin black next and maybe some black smoke corner marker lights to finish it off.

 

Looks nice to me but all that matters is that you like it. v5ensx you’re opinion is not required

Hey thanks Moonrman. Yes, it’s been a fun work in progress and I got a lot of good info and design ideas from TW, also did hours of research and searching for parts online for my ‘04. I’m no mechanic but I’ve been trying to do everything myself(had help with the grille and skid plate,wheels/tires professionally done) since I bought her a year ago and plan on doing a build thread at some point. Fortunately for me, it was well maintained by the previous 2 owners and in great mechanical condition with low mileage so I have not had to repair or replace much for now and could focus on cosmetics. Next project is getting the bed/rear end of the truck how I want it then dive into more preventative maintenance and mechanical stuff.
