Super easy. The hardest part is squeezing the buttermilk out.

I make really good butter. ;)

There's a Weavers Country Store in-between E.C. and Fall Creek.
    Mostly Amish goods, I think.
    I'll have to look.

    This is just right.

I’ve heard sherpas prefer Himalayan yak butter, but if you don’t have any of than on hand, I recommend irish butter. Salted. :D

It’s not much different than using creamer if you really think about it. It just has a bit of a hipster vibe to it. Enjoy with avocado toast.

It’s more of a pet peeve of mine…using words in subtly deceptive ways. Especially when it’s not necessary. If it really isn’t any more “convenient” to pay in person than it would have been to pay any other way (it wasn’t), then using the term convenience just rubs salt in the wound.

It’s not like people actually believe that they are paying a fee for the benefit of paying in a more convenient way…it’s just a fee increase. They don’t have to create line-items to make it look cheaper than it is.

My home and auto insurance just increased a ton this year for no apparent reason. It’s happened before. It’s business I suppose. If they separated the increase and called it an “personal agent consultation” fee I’d be angry for both the increase, and the fact they’re blowing smoke up my ass lol.

edit: I’ve heard being a loyal customer to an insurance company is a good way to get fleeced. I tried shopping around a few years back but nothing I found was much better. If anybody any good insurance shopping tips, I’d appreciate hearing them!

With my auto insurance if I paid every month there was a $2.00 processing fee. No fee if I paid every 6 months.
Now the fee has increased to $5.00 a month and also for 6 months.
The one thing I found interesting was my rates went up alot about the same time American Family took over naming rights on the Brewers stadium.

My ex used to make avocado toast with salmon.

    State Department of Insurance.

It's really funny when progressive calls me in a panic asking why I open a case against them and I point out that they tried to charge me double without offering better services. So it seems to me like I'm being robbed... Despite being a good customer. Basically a source of free revenue for them for 7 years.

Anyways, my rate stayed the same for some reason this year. :D

My homeowners skyrocketed a few years back because the value of homes went up....will cost more to replace a total loss.

One thing I do is never let the city inside for appraisals.
Banks are ok for home value. Keep the city out. They already increase my property tax every year for the last 16yrs

I've found a good agent that checks up on rates and will switch me to a different provider, if he finds something better...
My wife was loyal to her agent and was paying a lot for insurance.
When I finally convinced her to switch, we insured the Tacoma and the Jeep for less than what she was paying for the Jeep.

That would make sense if material costs were directly tied to local real estate values. Or if they primarly pay out for the physical loss of a location (ie mudslides). But who can argue with insurance.

First they say insurance will be cheaper if cars have active safety systems, then they tell you rates are higher on modern cars because safety systems are expensive to fix. Bleh
