    I'm having issues, here's a list:

    1. No cruise control
    2. No Blinkers - hazards work
    3. The truck will not come out of park when I push the brake
    4. Climate control panel does not work, AC and recirc button do not work, I can adjust fan speed

I checked all the fuses, everything is good, changed the brake switch, and that's about all.

    Any ideas?

Have you verified your IG1 fuse (10A) in the interior fuse box is good and has power on both sides?

Make sure you have power on both sides of the fuse with the key in run position.

Meter set to volts DC or test light, connect one lead to a known good ground and touch the other to each of the test terminals at the top of the fuse. Meter should read battery voltage, test light should light.

That would only light up if the fuse has power and is blown.

Did you pull the fuse out an visually look at it?
The one I circled in the pic above is the IG1 fuse.

I did the other day and then used that thing to make sure I didn't miss one.

if the fuse is good, and both sides have power or whatever, what's next?

We'll pick something that isn't working and see what we're missing, the next easiest thing to access to check for power is probably gona be the A/C actuators.

It wouldn't affect the ABS, Headlights, or 4wd.

    Do the reverse lights work?

I think swap that fuse for a known good one and see what happens.

I've never used one, I wouldn't trust them. I always use a test light.
