Just bought a 2nd gen tacoma and noticed that the LCA mounts have been repaired and don't have the cam tab gussets.

Also noticed some negative camber on that side.

Do you think it can still get adjusted? Any recommendations?

    1. some negative camber is good. Not sure what you are complaining about.
    2. any work to the cam tabs is normal. They are made of playdoh. That is why multiple products for that exist.
    3. Garbage in, garbage out. Information in a case like this would be putting the truck on an alignment rack and reporting what numbers you get, and are able to get. You did not do that. Garbage information.
    4. The part is covered in dirt. I guess spraying water to rinse it off is just too hard.
