Chang fluid on toyota tacoma 2007

    Since we dont have a dip stick im going to drain the fluid and put back a quart more than it calls for and then bring it up to temperature and when i get the trmp 115 degree im going to leave it running and take out the overflow plug till it drains with only a trickle coming out then the transmission fluid should be where it should be. I think. I ask do forum members think this would be proper. Richard watts

    Sounds fine to me but fluid temp should be 95-115F to check per TSB 0129-08, the previous temperature range of 115-130F is incorrect.
