Hey all, I've been going down the rabbit hole for quite some time in trying to figure out what I want to do to make it quieter in the cab. My primary goal is noise reduction, rather than getting more out of my audio system, but this still seemed like the best place to post.

I'm pretty sure I want to go the Resonix route. Pricey, but high quality and lots of good independent testing. I've emailed the owner Nick and he said that for my situation (just wanting to do the doors and rear wall, not the floor) I'm better off doing CLD Squares and either Fiber Mat 25 or Fiber Mat 45. The idea is that thicker is better, unless it gets compressed.

Does anyone have experience with the Fiber Mats? I'd love some advice on how much of the 25mm vs 45mm stuff I should get.

    Thanks in advance!

    25. 45 is too thick and the door card won’t go back in all the way. Additionally, you are not supposed to compress it because it will decrease its effectiveness.
