Hominy is kinda like corn but with HUGE kernels
I used to hate it because my mom made it like mush, but then a woman I work with makes pozole and I had some and it was fucking good hominy!

I think we got about 5 here. It's not super powdery, but it's not really wet either. Medium I'd say. I just shoveled the two sides, but not the middle.

 

But (to me) it tastes nothing like corn.
