2005 V6 Prerunner Fan motor problems

    I have a 2005 Prerunner v-6 that I have a continuing problem with the A/C / Heater fan. The dealership has replaced a section of wiring; and two fan motors (with some reference to a service bulletin). It has now gone out for the third time (will only operate on High speed). I was going to replace the resister; but the parts supply house said they can't find a part past the 2004 year. I have a Chilton manual for the 2005-2009 models that shows where and how to replace it.
    Anyone else have a problem with the fan?
